This Birkby project features a contemporary glass garden room installed to the rear of the property. The structure is formed with a dark aluminium frame and large glazed panels, creating a fully enclosed outdoor space that sits directly off the paved patio area. Sliding glass doors run along the front elevation, allowing the space to be opened up or fully closed depending on the weather.
The garden room connects seamlessly to the existing stone-built property and overlooks the garden, with clear glazing on multiple sides to maximise light and visibility. Inside, the space is used as a sheltered seating and dining area, providing a practical extension to the home while maintaining a clean, modern appearance that complements the surrounding landscaping.
